Steps for Sellers

Looking to sell your home? The team at Sanders Real Estate is here to help you every step of the way. We know that selling a home can bring about a lot of changes in life, and our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. With our expertise and knowledge of the real estate market, we’ll help you get the best possible price for your property.

1. listing consultation

I will explain the selling process, evaluate current market conditions, discuss marketing strategy, and establish price point.

3. marketing

Schedule with me for a  professional photographer- photos, virtual tour, and video.

5. showings

I will monitor all showing requests and provide you with feedback. It is important to keep your home show ready at all times

7. negotiations & current offers

I will work on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. Once all parties agree on terms, we will officially be under contract!

9. final details

Lender orders the appraisal. Buyer will work with their lender on the final details of the mortgage loan.

2. prep home

Get your home ready to sell. Clean, declutter, depersonalize, and make any necessary improvements.

4. listing day

 Listing is placed in the MLS. I will put a sign in your yard, syndicate listings to multiple online platforms, run social media ads, send email blast to agents, etc.

6. offers

I am required by law to present all offers. I will explain the benefits and risks of each offer.

8. buyer's due diligence

Buyer pays earnest money deposit. Buyer will usually conduct a home inspection and request repairs.

10. closing day

Congratulations! This is the final step in the process. The closing attorney will facilitate the signing of legal documents, transfer of ownership, and collection/disbursement of funds!
