Once that’s done, we will be able to list your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)! You’ll get a yard sign and we’ll start sharing your listing with the world!

At this stage, people will want to start seeing your home. I will monitor all of the showing requests and provide you with feedback. I am required by law to present all offers to you and I will present each one with its benefits and risks. Then, I will negotiate for you. I will do my part to get you the best deal possible! Once all parties agree on terms, we are officially under contract!
